How do I return an item?
We offer free returns to the following countries; UK and Australia. You have 14 days to return an item.
What items are eligible for return?
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us within 14 days unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Socks may be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, all bottles are non-returnable. Personalized items are non-returnable, and digital products cannot be returned once purchased.
How do I start a return process?

Once your return is registered, follow the instructions provided to package and ship the item(s) back to us. DO NOT COMBINE RETURNS!!! Make sure each item is returned in its own parcel, especially if your order arrived in separate shipments.
Please remember:
– Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Products must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
– Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, personalised or digital products, are not eligible for return.
Keep your proof of return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition. The time it takes to process your return may depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to deliver the items back to us. Please keep proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to reference them for your return inquiry.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a gift card was used to cover part or all of the order, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive the returned item at our warehouse. After processing, please allow up to an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I combine multiple returns into one return?
DO NOT COMBINE ITEMS !!! Items in your order may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. For this reason, each item must be returned in its own parcel, exactly as it was delivered.
Returns combined into a single package cannot be processed and may result in delays or the refund being rejected.
If you’ve already combined returns into one parcel, please contact us immediately with your tracking number and proof of postage so we can assess the situation. Please contact us at: hello@vidashop.co once your return is registered, follow the instructions provided to package and ship the item(s) back to us. Make sure each item is returned in its own parcel, especially if your order arrived in separate shipments.

Can I exchange my item?
If you need a different size, you can exchange your item(s) as part of the return process. Simply return the unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the new size at no additional cost. Exchanges are only accepted if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, and with the tags still attached.
Please note: Exchanges for the same item are free, but they must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Received a faulty item?
We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty item! If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide the following:
– Your order number
– A description of the fault or damage
– A photo showing the defect or damage
Once we receive your information, we’ll assist with either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
