2) SALES CONTRACT

Orders placed by you on the website www.vidashop.co (the “Website”) for the products offered by us are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is entered into upon confirmation of the order by e-mail from us to you.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. If you are not yet 18, you agree to have obtained the bill payer’s permission to enter into a contract with us.

This contract is between you and us, and no other person shall have rights to enforce any terms of this contract. Neither party needs the agreement of any other person to end the contract or make changes to these terms.

3) ORDER PLACEMENT

Our shopping pages will guide you through the necessary steps to place an order. You will have the opportunity to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please carefully review your order at each step.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail confirming that the products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

If we cannot verify the delivery or payment information you have provided, we may restrict delivery to the address associated with your payment method.

4) PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards (e.g., MasterCard, Visa, American Express), debit cards (e.g., Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron), and PayPal.Your credit card or account will be debited when you click the “confirm” button.Credit card payments must be made in the name of the person placing the order, and the same card must be presented at the time of delivery for verification.

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways using PCI Encryption. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties.

5) PRICING AND VAT

All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, or sales tax).

While we make every effort to ensure product prices are correct, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If we process your order despite a pricing error, we may cancel the order, refund you, and request the return of any products supplied.

6) DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address provided during the order process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate. We are not liable for delays or lost deliveries, but we may offer replacements for missing items caused by third-party issues after a sufficient investigation.Please note that we will require confirmation from the delivery provider and may request your assistance in providing relevant details, such as tracking information or delivery proof.

We will not be liable for missing items if the delivery provider has confirmed that the package was delivered successfully. However, if the issue is found to be a fault on the part of the third party, we will work with you to resolve the matter, including offering a replacement at our discretion.

We do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses. To ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner, we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or hotel addresses. Please ensure that your delivery address is a valid residential or commercial address.

If an order is placed with a PO Box or hotel address, we may contact you to request an alternative address for delivery. Should we be unable to confirm a valid address, the order may be canceled and refunded.

7) WARRANTY

The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of new products from us. This warranty is void if a third party attempts repairs. If there is a dispute regarding the cause of damage, we may send the product to a third-party assessor. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care. Keep proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Notify us within 7 days of purchase if you wish to request a replacement for a defective item.

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using this Website, you agree to indemnify us against any liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your use, including breach of these terms.In no event shall the aggregate liability of any party exceed the total amount paid under a confirmed order.We are not liable for any loss of profit, business opportunities, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or indirect/consequential damages.This limitation of liability does not apply to fraud, misrepresentation, or breaches under applicable consumer protection laws.

9) FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, civil disturbances, acts of war, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Our performance is suspended during a Force Majeure event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance.

10) GOVERNANCE

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

12) UNREASONABLE CLAIMS

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may block your account and withhold refunds. This includes claims such as missing items or damaged goods.If your account is blocked, and you need to return items within 15 , please contact Customer Service. You are responsible for return costs and should keep proof of postage until we process the return.
